Alcoholic Beverage Control
I Want to Apply for a New Supplier Permit

Overview of Application Process:

Submit your executed Supplier Permit Application and Agreement as instructed on the form.

If your company is not located in Kansas, you are required to file the Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction form (ABC-160) with the Kansas Secretary of State. The Secretary of State's Office will return to you a copy of the ABC-160 form that has been stamped "FILED". You must then provide the ABC with a copy that has been stamped "FILED" along with your Supplier Permit Application and Agreement.

Once the Supplier Permit has been approved, your company information and the Supplier Permit Number will be posted to the ABC Active Liquor Licensee database.

Each month you must file the Kansas Suppliers Monthly Report of Shipments to Kansas Distributors (ABC-1003) (11/08) to report all sales of alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverage products to your Kansas Distributor or that you did not have any sales to report. This report is due on or before the 15th day of the following month.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the ABC Marketing Unit at ABC_Marketing_Unit@kdor.state.ks.us or 785-296-7015.
