I Want to Renew My Supplier Permit
and Labels for 2009-2010

Renewal Notice :

Your Kansas Supplier Permit and all currently approved labels will expire at midnight, June 30, 2009.  To prevent any lapse in your permit and the authority to sell your products in Kansas, you must complete the annual Supplier Permit and label renewal process by June 1, 2009

This notice contains the information to renew your Kansas Supplier Permit and labels for the July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010 renewal period to comply with K.S.A. 41-331.  You have the following options:

If you choose not to renew your Supplier Permit and Labels, go to the I Want to Cancel my Supplier Permit and Labels page and follow the instructions provided.

How to Renew Your Kansas Supplier Permit and Labels

  1. To renew your Supplier Permit:
  2. To renew currently approved labels you must renew your Kansas Supplier Permit at the same time you are renewing your labels.
  3. Return the following completed forms and the appropriate fees by June 1, 2009.

How to Renew Your Kansas Supplier Permit Only

To renew your Supplier Permit:

  1. Complete the 2009-2010 Supplier Permit Application and Agreement ABC-1000f (Rev. 01/09). If you do not have your Supplier Permit number, go to the Active Liquor Licensee database on the ABC website to obtain your Supplier Permit number.
  2. Retain a copy for your records.
  3. Submit a copy of your current Federal Basic Permit with your DBA names.
  4. You do not need to submit a copy of your Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction form (ABC-160) to renew your supplier permit.
  5. Return the Supplier Permit Application and Agreement ABC-1000 (Rev 03/09) and remit the annual $25 Permit fee by June 1, 2009.

How to Renew or Obtain Salesperson Permits

Any person(s) working as sales representatives, who work with Kansas liquor licensees and actually solicit or take orders, either in person, over the phone or electronically, for alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage from licensees, are required to obtain a salesperson permit prior to conducting any sales. [K.S.A. 41-333]. The cost of the annual permit is $10. [K.S.A. 41-334(b)].

Applicants shall not act as salesperson for more than one person, firm or corporation under one permit. [K.S.A. 41-334(a)]. Additional permits may be granted the same applicant for additional principals.

  3. A current photograph must be attached for new applications and renewal applications.

Reminders

Failure to Complete the Renewal Process

Any Supplier Permit Application and Agreement not returned with the $25 renewal fee by June 1, 2009 may be subject to a lapse in your Supplier Permit and any labels currently registered.

Any label renewals not received, including the label registration fee, by June 1, 2009 may be subject to removal from our Active Brands database. Distributors will then be notified that the products have been removed from our Active Brands database as these products are ineligible for purchase by Kansas distributors until the label renewal process has been completed.
