Supplier Permit
Supplier Permits:
Pursuant to K.S.A. 41-331(a), every supplier desiring to sell alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage to Kansas distributors are required to obtain an annual permit and pay the $25 supplier permit fee. Supplier permits are effective from July 1st through June 30th.
The following items are required to obtain a new supplier permit:
- Supplier Permit Application and Agreement (ABC 210)
- Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction (ABC 160)
- $25 Supplier Permit Fee
