What is the minimum age limit to
serve alcoholic liquor in a drinking establishment, B Club or A
Club?
18 years old.
What is the minimum age limit to mix, dispense
and/or bartend?
21 years old.
What is the minimum age limit to bus tables,
work in a kitchen, or perform janitorial duties?
There is not any minimum age limit pursuant to the ABC requirements.
If you get a DUI, does it stop
you from working in a club in any position, ie. kitchen, food prep,
janitorial?
An employee that receives a DUI conviction may not work in the capacity
of a manager, or mix, sell or dispense alcoholic liquor in a two
year period following the conviction.
What is the time limit on felony?
There is no time limit.
What are the business hours of
an on-premise location?
Seven days a week 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Liquor can only be sold
during this time.
What is the minimum age limit to
scan beer?
21 years old for retail liquor; 18 years old for Cereal Malt Beverage
If you get a DUI, does it prevent
you from working in a liquor store?
No; however, a felony conviction would prohibit anyone from working
in a retail liquor store.
What is the time limit on felony?
There is no time limit.
What are the retail liquor store
business hours?
Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
