ATTENTION: Please be advised that the 2009 “scannable” Kansas tax forms are NOT available to download from our web site. Scannable forms contain special ink colors and strategically-aligned registration marks that allow for automated processing. Forms that are downloaded and printed by you do not contain those specifications and require manual processing – which is time-consuming and costly. With the cuts made to our budget, we are not able to hire the additional staff needed to process the downloaded forms.
You may obtain a KDOR-printed scannable form by emailing us at forms@kdor.state.ks.us or by calling our voice mail forms request line at 785-296-4937. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
