An employee that receives a DUI conviction may not work in the capacity of a manager, or mix, sell or dispense alcoholic liquor in a two year period following the conviction.

What is the time limit on felony?

There is no time limit.

What are the business hours of an on-premise location?

Seven days a week 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Liquor can only be sold during this time.

What is the minimum age limit to scan beer?

21 years old for retail liquor; 18 years old for Cereal Malt Beverage
