Electronic Filing Options

Being sensitive to the changing economic climate, the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) no longer produces and distributes a large number of paper documents. Instead, instructions, sample tax forms, and schedules can be accessed on the KDOR website by clicking the Forms and Publications button on the menu to the left. The Department also offers the following alternative electronic reporting and filing options.

KS WebFile

KS WebFile is a FREE online application for filing Kansas Individual Income tax returns and Homestead Claims. Refunds can be deposited directly into your bank account. For a balance due, payment methods are electronic check or credit card (MasterCard, Discover or American Express). KS WebFile is your safe, secure, fast, free and paperless way to file! IRS E-File

IRS E-File enables you to file your Kansas Individual Income tax return and Homestead Claims, and your Corporate and Partnership tax returns using an approved commercial software package or tax professional. KS WebTax

Using WebTax, you can securely manage your business tax accounts online. You can make electronic payments, view your online activity and file various returns and reports including your Sales, Use, Withholding, or Franchise tax returns.
