Welcome to the Division of Vehicles'
QLess Wait Line Management System

In a hurry to get your driver's license? So are we!

The QLess wait line management system eliminates the need of standing in line by letting customers use their cell phones, computers or touch-screen kiosks located at the local facility to get in a virtual, mobile line. Customers will receive a text shortly before their turn arrives!

Customers visiting our Mission driver licensing office may also use a voice line to join QLess. The department is testing out the option through September 2013. Customers who do not have text capabilities on their cells phones can call 913-815-2189 and then follow the prompts to join the appropriate line. They will be able to check their status in line by calling back and will be summoned by a voice call instead of a text message. Customers will also be able to switch back and forth between voice calls and text messages.
